We
understand the next rector’s challenges to
be in the areas of:
- Extending membership –
assisting us in inviting and welcoming
new and prospective members
- Creating a unique identity
that distinguishes St. Anskar’s from
other local churches and communicating
that distinctiveness to our surrounding
communities
- Continuing the expansion of
diversity in our liturgical style
- Strengthening our outreach
ministry, in particular through our
healing ministry/service
- Creating a compelling
process for spiritual growth and
development for all ages
